Overall a great hotel and amazing location. However, being checked into a dirty hotel room that was not yet cleaned was not great. I get mistakes happen but our first time in Europe so a little unsettling.

Great hotel

Excellent staff, high standard hotell and lovely pool area. In previous reviews they say you have to pay for sunbeds, but this was not true. We got sunbeds for free and it was really nice. Only problem with this hotel was the elevator system. Sometimes you had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator to come.

Great stay at this hotel in a good area. Reception staff very helpful, always smiling, can’t do enough for you. Room adequate size, nice bathroom, very clean, no noise, pleasant enough view from 10th floor. Breakfast good. Bar restaurant food just ok, pretty average for the cost. I used on one evening only as felt staff in this location could be a bit more helpful. There are plenty of restaurants locally. All in all I would recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely return.
