Awful, Awful I’ve had my employees for my stay here for multiple days throughout the year this time the front desk turned one of my employees away after driving to his establishment for two hours she was rude. I won’t be staying at this hotel again I tried looking for something clean comfy and convenient for my family and did not like it theirs a $35 dollar parking valet fee for no reason really the parking is literally right next to entrance where we could’ve parked it are self and I got my last receipt and I have all these other fees that I don’t understand that ended up being with parking $45 that’s not fair at all if I already had payed $222 a night with hotel.com And now all these others fees and in the hotel room they literally have a bottle of water for $8 wow !!!

Clean, comfortable hotel. Great for families. Suite we chose had two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was spacious for our group of 5. Valet parking so beware of extra costs on top of what you already paid for, but the valets were quick and efficient, very convenient for a large group of people wanting to just rest after a long day. However, swimming pool is most likely for children, it only goes up to 4.5 feet and is a bit small. Fitness gym was clean. Continental breakfast was nice, simple and you can make your own waffles. Overall, great stay.

The room was nice. Parking was terrible and wasn’t brought to my attention till after I arrived. Asked for late check out, which was at 12 p.m. and my key card still got turned off at 10! I did not like the charge parking did not disclose that was 31for ballet parking did give caption self park breakfast had long line most thing not clean out place one staff member working making hard refill station of food lots people are power went out due to a bracker no tv or lamp power and do not like that the pets where allowed in food area I understand pet freandly but did not like the idea of eating being sniffed by dogs while I was eating

It was a great stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean but very tiny. The only problem; there is no water pressure what so ever. I mean it was dead. It felt that you were taking a shower in the light rain. Also there was no shower handle so you can't wash small kids at all. Overall, If you have no kids and don't care about water pressure, this is a very nice place to stay.
