We utilized this hotel as our stop over before our travel home. Perfect location not too far from the airport, but still located with the ability to explore and enjoy Lisbon. Taxi and Uber cost 6-8 Euros. For some reason this hotel offers airport shuttle service for 50-55 Euros. It is a ten minute drive ? Clean modern hotel with lovely staff. Highly recommend. Unfortunately the weather was not ideal for enjoying this hotels outdoor amenities.

All your staff were amazing to deal with however I would like to make special mention of Jessica Sousa. From the moment we arrived and she greeted us at reception to personally delivering our numerous bags to our room she was so friendly, efficient and personable. I mentioned to her that when we stayed at the hotel 2 years ago we enjoyed the chocolate offered to us. She went to the trouble to search out some chocolate for us and left us a very nice note in our room. She is a real asset to your organization. We will be back next year and hope to see Jessica again.

From start to finish it was a great experience. When we arrived, the front desk person actually came outside in the rain to help direct my husband to the parking.
