It’s the worst hotel experience we had in Lombok and in Indonesia and not the cheapest though. A lot of positive comments seem fake. The rooms are not comfortable and not clean at all, everything is rusty in the bathroom, bad smell, all furnitures are very old, with a lot of insects, ants and worms in the wooden furnitures, bed sheets and pilllow covers with a lot of stain, same for the bath towels (looked very old). Besides the doors are not isolated with a lot of space from where lizards and gecko kept on coming in during the night and making noises. We had room 547, there was even a rat coming from a hole in the closet and when we tried to close it with a towel, it started making so much noise, we were not able to sleep the first night, we changed the rooms twice the second night but the same problems (room 306 and 539) a lot of holes in the ceiling, closets, trapdoors, balcony door... The air conditioning not working perfectly. The kettle very dirty and not working. The only good thing about the hotel is the outdoor area the proximity with the beach (not private with a lot of locals and far from the center), the pool not very clean, but the furnitures are good especially at Cabana. The food is not good at all and expensive to compared to other resorts or restaurants nearby, the breakfast was ok but not that good, and the egg stand is not good, the lady not really experienced (We had omelets with a lot of egg shell)!
