I had to clean the A/C vents, they were covered in something black. The door had to be closed with some force, it looked like it was pried open in the past. The pillows were thin and not very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. I found the aroma and soothing music in the lobby nice.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues with my room (light burned out & broken coffee pot) and the staff fixed them as soon as I notified them of the problem. The breakfast was very good. The service from the front desk and housekeeping were exceptional. The staff worked really hard to make my stay a pleasant experience.

Dirty, in disrepair, smelly Breakfast was empty Pool and hot tub didn’t open til 10:00 am and check out is 11:00? Couldn’t enjoy a soak in hot tub before we left. Didn’t use shower, was afraid to. Changed rooms upon arrival-first room was unacceptable. Second not much better. Light bulbs were out, carpet dirty, desk chair was filthy, loud music all down hall at midnight, walls so thin could hear talking in hall and next room, no elevator, rude staff. Never will stay in one again and will not use Hotels.com again we checked out a day early and have to try to get refund through Hotels.com but looks doubtful. Very angry, disappointed, and out 100.00.
