Room could use a better cleaning. Microwave and cabinets were filthy and the body wash dispenser in shower was empty. The pool was the only reason i even booked so the kids could do something and it was closed down. I kbow it was a free breakfast but it was very poor. Just some toast and walffles and pre made jimmy dean sandwiches.

Kitchen sink wouldnt drain and dishwasher wasnt even sitting under the cabinet. Its not attached at all and if you try to open it, it just pulls out. Garbage cans were not emptied out and didnt have any wash cloths had to ask for some at desk. Front desk was very friendly and offered all kinds of apologies for the issues, and of course the pool is still out of service. Stayed here a mounth ago and was out of service then as well. Very nicely supplied gym though.

The staff was wonderful and the place was exceptionally clean. We stayed for our wedding in a King Suite and It was one of the best parts of our wedding. All of our guests raved about the hotel! The room we got for the price we paid blew our mind. Hope to have a reason to stay here again soon.

Everything was good. We notified the front desk of a water leak from the bathroom sink on Sunday morning. A ticket was made for Maintenance to handle after we checked out on Monday morning. They offered profusely to move us to another room but we declined. We had a suite and could use the kitchen sink. Breakfast staff were professional, even willingly cleaning up when another guest (young kid) got sick in the dining area. Enjoyed our stay very much.
As a lifelong Floridian, we saw snow for the first time in my 59 years.
