We went here as a couple in our 30’s. We initially stayed at a small hotel in the middle of Mallorca and did lots of day trips. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with the aim to lay by the pool and relax. The hotel was very crowded and felt really busy. I get that guest behaviour is not something that is easy for a hotel to control, but perhaps asking people to book in times for breakfast or dinner could be good to ensure that the restaurant doesn’t get overcrowded could be a good idea. The photos reflect the hotel correctly, although the corridors and rooms are starting to be ready for a repaint and carpet replacement. This hotel is a little bit out of the action in Cala D’Or but it was super easy taking the bus with the bus stop about 100 meters away. If you want a big hotel with lots of people around, this is a great option for you. If you want a more intimate and quiet experience, then I recommend staying somewhere else. We enjoyed our stay but next time we’ll stay somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay at the AluaSoul. We did half board. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were good. We ended up venturing out for lunch and there are good options nearby. The only thing which was a little disappointing was our experience the onsite restaurant Marea, we had our one "A la Carte"dinner in there and the food was very average, would not recommend. Outside of that dining experience the hotel was great.

The half-board options for breakfast and dinner were good, and the staff was very nice. We loved the close by beach area and the cliff jumping. The only thing we didn’t love was our room since it felt humid/damp all the time including our bedding. If we have a chance to come back we’ll opt for a better room.
