TÀllÀ kertaa huoneistossa haisi edellisen asukkaan mausteinen ruoka voimakkaasti, parvekkeen ovi naukui (tarvitsee öljyÀmistÀ), ruokapöytÀ keikkui ja yksi ilmanvaihtoaukoista oli likaisempi kuin muut (vaatekaapiston ylÀpuolella. NÀmÀ ovat pieniÀ ja korjattavissa olevia asioita. Muuten olimme erittÀin tyytyvÀisiÀ.
