Good location, but not much else to recommend.

Rooms are basic, but have all you need. There was a tiny lounge by the front door which could only be used by one person at a time, and was dominated by a restroom. The water dispensers on every floor were empty. The worst part for my colleague was that someone was smoking in nearby room both nights, and there are no staff on hand to investigate and ask the other guest to stop. There’s not much that a customer service agent in India can do - but I hope they give my colleague a full refund. For one night, the place was convenient and OK, but I seem to have been luckier than my colleague was.
