A group of kids had overtaken the lobby in order to play video games on their phones - yelling across the small area to each as they played. Staff seemed immune to the event. Difficult to hear the person checking us in over the noise. No frills facility - at best.

I stayed for one week. Worse hotel I've ever stayed in.The hallway of the property leading to my room stunk. It smelled of possible animal urine and from time to time it smelled of cigarettes. The floors exiting the elavators were dirty and sticky. The elavotor was dirty. People lived at this property full time. Pets are allowed. I don't know how the employees don't smell the funk (a strong musty smell) and they don't mop the floors on a regular basis. I think the employees ignore the mess. The inside of my room was okay. It was clean, but after seeing the outside, I took it upon myself to clean it and disinfect it. I do not recommend.

The room smelled of urine. Floors were sticky and the room hadnt been cleaned. They over booked the hotel and they didnt have the room we reserved. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. My other room had hairs all over the bed and there was blood on the wall. This was the worst property i ever attempted to stay at. They also refused to refund my money. I will be filing a formal complaint with Their Corporate office.

Didn’t sleep all night, very noisy. The individuals next to us (216) very noisy, tv very loud, till 11:30, then the arguing started at 2:30am, a lot of profanity and pounding at door to get back in the room. I’m sure everyone one on that floor heard it. Not sure if we will stay again

I understand when a hotel is pet friendly there may be residual smell and pet hair. But our room had pet hair on every surface, on the sheets, on the blanket. The elevators smelled like dogs as did all the hallways. I own a dog so I understand dog smells. This was so awful.
