The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The elevator was out of order and there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as no blackout blind in one room, damaged shower curtain rail in another, and caulk peeling from bathrooms. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were the best!

This was the worst experience I have encountered in a hotel. The first room we rented had a leaking sink that saturated the bathroom floor. The second room had a yellow stained tub. The third room had panels falling off the wall. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. One of the doors would not grant access into the hotel. It was a horrible experience. The only thing good about the stay was the staff. They were friendly and courteous. It was an absolute waste of money. Unfortunately, it was a class reunion that weekend and hotels were limited. Stuck in a hotel chaosis.
