Was decently clean for sandy beachfront. Could use the fineries, trim here and there, better curtains. Great acess to beach waking. Good proximity to restraunts/stores. Didn't appreciate the neighbors hanging just out thier door to smoke going right into our ac.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind. I asked her where the nearest shop to buy my son a boogie board was and she gave him one of her own. She saved this Mom time so I got to spend more time with my family instead of shopping. It was less than a one minute walk to the beach. The beds were clean and decently comfortable, we will definitely be back.

Ive stayed at this motel several times. You cant beat the price and its walking distance from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I cannot recommend this hotel. The few towels that were there all had bad stains on them. Same with the sheets. The blankets were filthy and looked like they had never been washed. The toilet seat had feces on it, the towel bar was broken and hanging down and they did not even provide toilet paper. I would have left but was too tired. I had a sheet in the car so I put it on top of the bed and slept on it. I would not chance sleeping in between the sheets. Will never go back.

I booked a room with two beds when I got there the toothless manager asked me if I really needed two beds and then proceeded to put me into a manager‘s quarters, which was filthy. Then I decided I will take the one bedroom that they had left and had to get an air mattress, and when the other people in my party pulled back to the sheets to get into the bed. There was a dirty napkin and stained sheets. Very disgusting and disappointed. They did nothing to amend this except give 20 dollars which covered the cost of the air mattress I bought

Everything was perfect for what I wanted as I had my 2 kids for the week. We were literally walking distance to the beach the room was clean, tv and air con worked as expected and service was good. Everything is not that far away and my kids were happy and had a good time there. Definitely go there again.

Cheapest room on the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Short walk to the beach. The property itself is a bit run down and neglected, but the AMAZING housekeeping staff keeps it very clean and is attentive to making guests comfortable.

It was definitely a disappointment to pull up and see the property was not like it shows in the pictures. We did not stay. We canceled our reservations very disappointed.

I will absolutley be back. There's no drama, no bs. I will be back next year or later this year. I absosutley will come back. I had a ball and enjoyed the stay. Great service and very attentative houseking services. I stay there every year!!!

VERY OLD and worn motel. Several indigent full time residents. Property is in terrible condition. Grounds are filthy as is exterior of motel. The room while worn and VERY OLD was also clean and the AC worked well.

Sewer smell in the room

Booked on hotels .com arrived checked it horrific sewer smell coming from water in the shower and sink management unable to refund my money and the owner would not even talk to me complete waste of money have stayed here many times before but never again a quick trip to the beach ended up costing over $300 had to find suitable accommodation ant another hotel
