Stayed here because it was close to family and process qere very reasonable as the resort was undergoing renovation. It will be beautiful when complete. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I was a little concerned when, after i booked, i got a text saying they were undergoing renovations BUT it was way better then we expected. Freshly painted, very clean. Pool area was very nice. Our room was huge and lovely. The only complaint, was the air conditioning in our room. It was extremely loud when it ran. And it was either warm or cold, didnt keep a consistent temperature.

Hotel was mostly clean, but had small issues. Bathroom door would not fully close. Mentioned it 2 times and someone came to look at it but it was never fixed. One of the big disappointments was mandatory valet that was $10 per day, even though when we booked hotels.com said it was free parking.
