Clean and close to the airport

The shuttle service was great and convenient. MAD airport can be a little confusing. Follow the yellow signs. The hotel was clean and served our purposes for our flight out the next morning. We went into town which cost $33 euros each way. The food and atmosphere was young and we felt safe.

Although there wasn’t anything terrible about this hotel there wasn’t anything great either. It was very overpriced for the quality, it’s pretty barebones. I arrived at 9:30pm and tried to get something to eat in the restaurant, there was one staff member and about 6 tables, he either wasn’t interested in serving me or he was too busy either way I was ignored so I left, hungry. The other negative is the hotel advertises free shuttle service to the airport, they don’t mention it starts at 7:10am which was a problem for me and at least 4 other people who I meet in the lobby who were also waiting for their Ubers.

Airport shuttle very late. Upon check-in, we were asked what time we needed to ARRIVE at the airport. We said 10 am. We were in the lobby by 9:30 am. The shuttle did not leave until 10:05 am. Then it stopped at a rental car property (why?) after being stuck in morning highway traffic. We ARRIVED to the terminal at 10:35 am. For an international flight this is very stressful. I do not recommend staying here for an international airport departure.

Bom hotel mas para hospedagens curtas

O hotel é novo, boas instalações mas achei um pouco impessoal. Equipe de funcionários polidos e educados mas não muito amigáveis. O Café da manhã é bom mas seria adequado o pessoal que recolhe a louça usada, faze-lo de maneira menos ruidosa. O hotel fica próximo ao aeroporto uns 20 minutos de carro e não há nada de atrações ou restaurantes no entorno
