We spent two days at the Ashford Inn. We had our dog with us so we were booked into the Cottage. This is a delightful cottage behind the inn and to the side. It was beautifully decorated and completely comfortable and private! There is a refrigerator (small) microwave and single serve coffee maker with coffees and teas available.
The bathroom was spacious and well appointed.
The bed was quite comfortable and that area had a lounge sofa, writing table and side tables. Plenty of spacious room. It is quite comfortable for a couple and our dog. There is also a fold out bed but we did not need that.
The innkeeper, Julie was so friendly and helpful with suggestions and met our every need or request. We had a late checkout due to meeting family for brunch later in the day on Sunday and so our dog was comfy and waiting in our cottage when that was over.
The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, beautifully served, and unique recipes. We loved the breakfasts!!! The Inn itself is beautiful, though we only ate there.
This is a quaint little town and you can walk to an amazing Italian Restaurant, Alfredo's, from the Inn. It is a pretty walk and we enjoyed it.
We would love to stay there again and have already recommended it to other family members.
