Room was clean enough. Poorly painted and random outdated phone jacks and outlets items from a remodel. Beds were comfortable. Shower was almost useless with a trickle of water.

Check in went very smoothly. The only instant that I had was later in the evening when I needed an extra sheet and blanket for the pullout sofa. I went downstairs and asked for them. A woman was there. (she was not the one who checked me in.) when I asked for the blanket and sheet, she said there were some already in the room. I replied that there wasn't any that I could find. She insisted that they were in a closet in the room at that point I wondered if I missed a closet so I said. "OK, I'll go back up to my room and check again." I went back up into my room. I checked all the closet space and all the drawers. I looked everywhere. There were no blankets or sheets to be found so I had to go all the way back downstairs again. I talked to the woman again and I told her that I" I did a thorough check just like I did before, and there were absolutely no blankets or sheets anywhere in the room" her response to me was "Are you sure?" I did not reply. I just looked at her, I literally could not believe she was asking me that. I was very disappointed in her response. Eventually, she turned around and got me the blankets in the sheets aside from that my day was fine, but it really did create a negative experience for me in regards to this particular hotel. She should've believe me the first time and not have me go back-and-forth to my room and the lobby

We checked in late at night and had been on the road all day. Check in was easy the hotel looked to be recently renovated. Our room looked great at first but then realized the night stand between the beds had fallen in the floor, the bathroom counters and floor were dirty and the wall paper was peeling off behind the bed. The beds were clean but not very comfortable at all.

Very clean room. Very pleasing aesthetic. Good breakfast. Plus hot coffee, juice and lemon ice water available at all hours. Enjoyed our stay. We will be staying here again when we come back in 2 weeks.

The room and hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures (under the idea that they are “renovating”) The mattress in our room in the fold out couch is literally the width of two fingers, looks like a camping mattress. I wouldn’t make my toddler sleep in such a crap mattress. Much less tout this as a bed for an adult. The one in the pic was a full size couch and this is tiny love seat with a two inch thick mattress. The guy at desk using the excuse that he is not manager. Then when I pushed he called manager whose only solution was to give us blankets to add to extra bed. They are saying our room is one of the renovated rooms but it’s terrible compared to the pics. Scraped up walls and weird set up where fridge and microwave have so sit out from wall to work They said they are out of pillows and they can not give us another thin mattress to add to this one despite the fact that there are literally only 5-6 other cars in this parking lot. The entire hotel looks in disarray and run down. I’ve actually been at hotels where remodeling was occurring and this just looks like a road size Super 8. Not like at Comfort Suites I’ve ever been to. PICS NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL HOTEL. The fact that nothing could be done to make our stay any better is shocking.

The whole time we were there 4 days no one cleaned our room, we had trash piled in the corner bc no one emptied it. No fresh towels delivered nor toilet paper. Their breakfast was good. But the cleanliness was was not up to standards. I had to leave before 5am to go to the hosp where my dad was and the elevator was shut off I had to take the stairs all the ways down to leave the building. Wouldn’t recommend this location

I got sick from the free breakfast. No working laundry, no gym, no WiFi, poor construction everywhere. Rooms have loose outlets bathroom faucet loose. This looks like someone’s ongoing project.

Parking lot needs repair. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful . Room was ok.. Desk chair was crappy. Personal bathroom amenities were empty. Breakfast hot items were cold and limited. No milk , no spread for bagels except butter. Asked if they had yogurt and they said yes. We said there is not any in the refrigerator. She never brought any out. Only fruit option mandarin oranges. No tables for groups except one high top. That doesn’t work for us with an elderly person in our group.

Clean room. Parking was great. Bed was super comfortable. The only reason I gave an average rating and not excellent is because of check in. The guy that checked me in was literally on the phone during check in. Talking on his AirPods not paying attention to me or the process. I came downstairs another day and wanted to charge a couple sodas to the room but couldn’t because the guy who checked me in didn’t even put my card on file. So it made it not only inconvenient to me, but to the lady trying to figure it out. Could have been prevented if the guy had not been on the phone and focused during check in.
