Spotless hotel, really beautiful. Staff are lovely, rooms are well equipped. Kettle as standard in every room. Iron available upon request. We booked bed and breakfast, and the food was great, lots and lots of choice. Free WiFi throughout, fast and efficient. The only downside was being charged €2 per day to use the in-room safe. Not sure why this is an additional cost, when other lesser hotels provide a safe as part of the room charge. This wasn't enough to deter from overall satisfaction, I'd definitely stay there again, and I will!

We had room 433. There was a loud buzzing noise constantly all through the night which kept us awake most of the night. Not sure what the buzzing was possibly the air con?? I wear two hearing aids and even without these in it was dreadful!! The balcony was absolutely tiny and we were facing filthy private apartments with no privacy at all. There was high buildings on 3 sides so it felt like being in a dark hole. On the plus side the room was brilliant. Maid service everyday and the room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were lovely and the food. I wouldn't stay here again though.
