The room was nice and clean until we pulled out the couch bed and noticed it was full of crumbs! Of course it was past 10pm no one was available brought the kids to the pool it was mediocre but the jacuzzi was filthy and the jets did not work all in all the stay was quite disappointing

The room was absolutely amazing. Loved the jacuzzi tub, fire place and balcony. Reasonably priced. My only complaint is I was super disappointed to find out the hot tub wasn’t operational, as that was a huge factor in picking this hotel. I imagine that’s the case for many guests being right by the ski resorts. Definitely should inform guests when a main amenity advertised won’t be available so other arrangements can be made if they choose.

We had no idea we were booking a ski type resort hotel stay! It was such a pleasant surprise, our hockey tournament weekend felt like a little getaway for once. Based right at the bottom of the ski hill, very cool to see. We appreciated the propane fire pit on Saturday for somewhere cozy to have a drink.

We used to be timeshare owners for over 20 years so we know this resort. We always find the resort clean and the rooms comfortable. The pool and hot tub are indoor which helps in winter months. Many of the staff have been there for awhile. Always helpful and friendly.

There was no cleaning service during our sta and we requested rooms close together and no attempt was made to accommodate. We checked in early and all the rooms around us were still empty, but they would give us three rooms on the same floor. All the rooms were identical, so it wouldn’t have been difficult but front desk didn’t want to make the effort. The tv remotes didn’t work and the coffee in the rooms was watery and AWFUL!

We were coming in from a distance so we arrived early for check in. The room was ready so they allowed us in! The room was very clean, exactly the room I booked and paid for, great amenities including the pool and hot tub in the club house. The property does a fantastic job of clearing snow off sidewalks and making sure parking is accessible. Second visit to this complex and we'll be back again.
