Bueno pero con servicios faltantes.

Excelente servicio del personal, realmente amables, eficientes y preocupados de dar el mejor servicio. Pero el hotel tenía carencias claras: no tenía servicio de desayuno y no contaba con una habitación con dos camas, sino con una cama de campaña o plegable que no estaba a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

The service of La Ermita Suites, the only Monument Hotel in Cordoba, is so personalized, it was the owner, Javier, who welcomed us when we arrived. We were there 24-26 Oct but they’ve been in touch with us since July when we booked it. According to Javier, the hotel has been open for a little more than two years, although the restoration from a church to a hotel, lasted about 17 years. It was very tastefully done, with the old features incorporated into the clean and modern interiors. It is situated in Plaza de Abades, 3 minutes walk to the Mezquita-Catedral and 4 minutes from the Puente Romano de Córdoba, right in the historic Centro. Our special thanks to Laura who guided us through everything since the start of our journey in July. We won’t be aware that Javier is the owner if not for her. There was one downside in that Suite 1, where we stayed had an air conditioning glitch so we were advised to open the window instead. Luckily, it was late October so it’s not as hot as the summer. There was the sound of merriment filtering through till around 2am, but not enough to dampen our stay. All in all, it had been a pleasure!

The room was beautiful—clean and comfortable. Its historical context made us feel like we were somewhere special. Especially the patio, which was relaxing after a day of walking. Javier and Ana were amazing. Javier in particular was willing to attend to every detail and gave us great recommendations to eat, It made us feel like we were staying with friends.

Amazing hotel and staff

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff (Javier annd Laura) were exceptional: friendly and always willing to help with anything. The room is very clean and well maintained. And the hotel itself is beautiful, and Javier explained its fascinating history to us when we arrived. The rooms have nice historical touches like an exposed brick wall from the original 18th century church.

The hotel is extremely well located in the old town, just 2 to 3 minutes from the mosque and in a delightful historic neighborhood. The rooms are unique and having kitchenettes. They have also recently been renovated and are extremely well appointed. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel in the heart of Old Town Cordoba situated beautifully in a small square with orange trees. The service was impeccable and the extra touches were appreciated. We got great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Wonderful experience!!

Un privilège d'y séjourner...

Quelle belle adresse!! Cette ancienne chapelle a été revisitée en maison d'hôtes de façon remarquable! Tout est fait avec goût et sobriété... Notre chambre était très confortable, et le lit divin! La Ermita est située sur une petite place typique, à deux ruelles de la Mezquita et des restaurants du quartier La Juderia. Notre hôte Javier est incroyablement gentil et délicat, à l'image du lieu... Il nous a été d'une aide précieuse pour découvrir les secrets de la ville et de sa cuisine... Merci encore pour le.petit cadeau de départ, nous avons été très touchés... Vous pouvez y aller les lieux fermés !!

If I could give this place more stars, I would! It really was a unique experience and such an amazing hotel. Javier was super kind and very helpful, he really made us feel like we were wanted and cared for. The room was gorgeous and better than a generic downtown luxury hotel for sure. The hotel is only 6 rooms and built in a centuries old church, which makes you just feel so connected with the local history. It is 3 minutes from the Mosque/Cathedral, and seconds from many great cafes and restaurants. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer. Please support the hotel and enjoy your vacation by staying here!

Great Boutique Hotel in the heart of Cordoba

We stayed in l'eremita three nights and it was fantastic: the room was big, very clean and cozy. There was also free coffee and drinks which was very appreciated. The staff was friendly and professional since the day before the check-in. Super recommended.
