This hotel is holding onto it last thread, I have advised them to actually hire a real contractor and then they send their employees who don’t speak English to superglue things together. I honestly recommend to whoever read this go to Santana Row or Amwell hotel. Staff wasn’t to be seen, nor manger to be found
