The installations were very nice with a great pool and garden area. The breakfast was exceptional. The down side was the lack of personal: long queues at reception and we asked twice for some coffee which was never delivered to the room. The toilet in our bathroom was not working properly. The staff were friendly but clearly not able to do their job to the best of their abilities.

This has been our hotel of choice for our stays in Castelldefels. Unfortunately, this time two of the three lifts were out of action (our room was top floor) and there was a problem with hot water for a couple of days. That being said, the quality of service and cleanliness were what we've come to expect from a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay regardless.

A very nice hotel in a great location for shops, restaurants & if you are able, a pleasant 30-40min walk alongside the Olympic rowing lake to the beach. The only issue we found was the toilet flush big button was broken and the small button was slow to fill up. This maybe due to current water restrictions and the disabling of certain equipment. With that said, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The tiles in bathroom have some mildew and a bidet toilet has not cleaned the faucet, they have rusted on it. The front desk staff were not being participated role to support the customer after I mentioned about the air conditioning was not working, the staff did not helpful and stated the room is full. The local in Castendall was amazing and beautiful. Transportation to Barcelona and Stiges was very convenient.
