Room was nice size and had a room with a great view. One of the evenings enjoyed good entertainment near the lobby area where there was a brother and sister performing ballads of familiar songs. Hotel is conveniently located near to 1U shopping mall and the MRT station, which provided for good connectivity and choices of activities. The hotel staff are courteous and efficient, and supervisor present during checking in was very helpful and attentive. I stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved my stay! My favourite hotel of all time I think. In part it was the suite which was beautiful and perfect for us. The personal touches such as the fresh flowers, fruit plate and personal note were so appreciated. The other huge bonus was the executive lounge which meant Happy Hour complimentary drinks and appetizers, as well as a more intimate breakfast experience. We loved it so much! Otherwise the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were lovely throughout and they were very generous with a late checkout. The location was great with a walking path to the MRT and 1 Utama right outside the lobby. I can’t wait to return!
