I would have been able to give this hotel 5 stars, but we had one issue: the hot water in the room, which is very important to us for taking a relaxing shower after a long day of tourism . Even though the technicians checked it, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to shower several times with cold water.
Other than that, the hotel is recommendable because the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s located in an area just 8 minutes from the train station, which is convenient.
The hotel, from what we observed, has a larger number of Asian and possibly African tourists, which is noticeable in the breakfast menu. The breakfast is excellent—so much so that on some days we weren’t even hungry for lunch.Also,the staff is super attentive: Sofia, Rachel, Amed.
Especially Hashir, who was very friendly and attentive. The shakes on the first floor are also recommended; I don’t remember the name of the young lady there, but she was very attentive as well.
Pool and gym looks nice .
Overall, the hotel is very good.
