The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure it was fully equipped with towels and essentials. I really appreciated that our request to have the sofa bed ready on arrival was taken care of. The self check-in process was easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions that were simple to follow. Awesome one night stay at Nesuto apartments. Check-in time is normally 3pm and I requested an early check-in if possible, as i was attending a wedding at 3pm that day - arrived at 12.30pm and the room was ready and was able to check in with no fuss or extra charge. The staff/reception was so accommodating especially George. We stayed on the fifth floor and we had the beautiful view of the water and promenade. Had an overall excellent experience. We'll stay again.
