The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. Although the hotel gets a lot of use from big tour groups it was clean and comfortable and the price was fantastic. Very helpful front desk staff, and free shuttle service into little town of Narita. The sweet bus driver gave me a big hug when I told him I used to stay at the hotel 35 years ago as a flight attendant! It was like he was an old friend. He was lovely!!
