Hôtel non convenable

Nous venions pour profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Nous sommes arrives dans l'hôtel sans grandes attentes. Mais.nous avions été très déçue par les lieux : ensemble très vétuste : lit usés et inconfortable, douche rafistolée, armoire prête à tomber, ventilo premier prix donc bruyant, chaleur insupportable dans la chambre,... Les WC se situent sur le palier et sont communs à toutes les chambres. L'environnement était très bruyant : les portes qui claquent, alarme pendant la nuit, énormément de bruit de la ville fenêtre ouverte... Impossible de se reposer convenablement dans cette chambre.

une horreur, nuit blanche, les voisins de chambre ont trafiqué toute la nuit, rentrer, sortir en claquant la porte à chaque fois, musique à fond, et des gens peu recommandables, bien sûr pas de reponse à nos appels telephoniques, car pas de personnel la nuit, un vrai cauchemar, les sites de reservation ne devraient plus mettre cet hôtel dans leurs offres....

Un hôtel sale, sans toilette dans la chambre avec un matelas aussi fin qu’une couette. L’eau chaude de la douche met 35 minutes à arriver (il faut laisser couler l’eau). Cet hôtel n’est pas chaleureux il est en ruine. Mettez 10€ de plus par nuit et allez ailleurs !!!!!

Tres cher pour un hotel de pass où on cohabite avec les acariens et ou on doit partager des toilettes minuscules avec 8autres chambres (+douche taille mobil home, tout le monde ne peut pas y rentrer, odeur de renfermée, zero insonorisation, trou dans le faux plafond, moquette au sol...) dommage car le personnel est acceuillant mais on se demande si c'est aux normes.

Hôtel à repenser dans sa totalité

Ayant choisi l'hôtel pour son emplacement par rapport à mes RDV, j'ai été accueilli par le gérant plutôt sympa mais qui m'a conseillé d'aller au Mercure pour bosser... Dans la chambre vieillissante (à la moquette douteuse) une nuée de mouche tournaient en rond jusqu'à se que je referme la fenêtre ; la salle de douche minuscule empestait l'eau de javel mais le lavabo était plein de tache de calcaire et d'eau. Niveau poussière, aucun absentéisme n'a été relevé ! Il est temps de faire quelques travaux en intégrant les WC dans les chambres!!

les plus:proximité prado et plages,quarier relativement calme. Les moins:la cle ne la serrure de la chambre ne fonctionne pas,personne en réception de mon arrivée à 16h 30 jusqu'a 8h30 le lendemain,donc porte ouverte tout l'aprés midi et toute la nuit; la lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas et la petite ampoule au dessus du lit doit éclairer 40w,pour le petit dej le café dit long est servi dans une tasse contenant au maximum 50ml,a peine de quoi tremper 1 tiers de croissant

Déjà il n'a avait personne pour nous ouvrir. Au tel il nous dit "qu'il est allé faire des courses " attente : 20 mn ! Chambre correcte mais pas de papier toilette (il faut reclamer) et bac à douche pas rincé donc glissant : tibia amoché ! Et à 7h-1/4 aspirateur juste devant la porte ! Super pour un de we de repos ! Petit dej correct. Serveur très cool à la marseillaise ! Très familier mais bon ça c'est plutôt sympa Je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel !

Une catastrophe! Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, donc température en dessous de 10 degré, pas de WC, lavabo bouché, pas de petit déjeuner possible avant 8h, chaînes TV pas disponibles. Bref, une horreur. Je fais 200 nuits d'hôtel depuis 17 ans, et ça fait partie de mon top 3 en terme de cauchemard!!!
