10/10 Exceptional

Lovely, excellent location, 10/10 would return.
David, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Flight plans required us to leave before breakfast; the inn packed an unbelievably great box breakfast for us to take with us. The room was a tad tight but extremely well planned, with bedside reading lights and loads of wall pegs for clothes. The pillows, sadly, were not very comfortable...but overall this was a great place (and the In Bocca do Lupo was fantastic)

I felt like I was staying in someone’s home, where I was family.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They had the best snacks out all day and a delicious breakfast. Plus it was very easy to walk to town. Great rooftop view! I would highly recommend this place to anyone deciding where to stay in Juneau.

6/10 Good

Excellent and friendly staff. However the room I got wasn't what was advertised. There was no tub in my superior king or any separate sitting area like the pictures on Expedia depicted.Tina at the front desk was amazing though our stay even though we were disappointed in our room.
Mwezi, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It offered a unique flavor, boutique atmosphere. I thoroughly appreciated the attention and service. Best place ever to stay.
Christine, 2-night trip

The staff were awesome! The hot tub on the roof was great after long days of walking and hiking. I would stay there again if we ever get back to Juneau. Thanks for the great hospitality!!

Very nice people. Clean.
John, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great boutique hotel in a very convenient location within 3 blocks of many restaurants, shops and the waterfront. We enjoyed the roof top hot tub on a rainy afternoon. Only drawback: Creaky floors in an older building mean that you may hear your fellow guests moving about.
Emil A Yappert, 2-night trip

It was a foot place
Cameron Joseph, 3-night trip

Quaint inn in Downtown Juneau

The hotel is charming and very cute. In the offseason, you can get snacks to eat in the lobby 24/7 (which is helpful since a lot of stuff is closed). All but one room does required climbing a flight of stairs as it is an old building. The staff will help you get stuff up the stairs.
Bob, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Interesting hotel option

Old building in the heart of downtown Juneau. Rooms have their own private baths. It is a bit rundown and certainly not luxurious but I don't believe there are any luxury hotels in Juneau anyway. The bakery that is attached is good and the rooms do come with breakfast included. The staff is very accommodating and even had breakfast packed and waiting for us the morning we checked out since we left before the bakery opened for the day.

6/10 Good

Not worth the price
Michael, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Booked last minute due to moving across country, job started earlier than expected and checked out a day early. Was still charged for the full reservation. Nice people but not the friendliest cancelation policy for a hotel. $734 for 10 hours is a bit steep with no offer for compensation, not even a discount on a future stay.
Jackson, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

unexpected

My grandson ended up with emergency surgery during our 4 day stay in Juneau before leaving on a cruise . Tina and her staff could not have been more helpful and supportive, we were moved from the third floor to a ground floor room , the medio were picked up by one of Tina’s co workers on her day of - helped me getting our suitcases downstairs etc . Tina works non stop with very long days she is an incredible caring person the owners have a winning lottery ticket with her for sure and the staff . The location is wonderful the rooftop with the hot top fantastic . Hope to be back in Alaska and will stay at the Silverbow Inn for sure !
Marja, 4-night trip

A historic, cozy hotel with some quirks

We had a good stay at the Silverbow Inn. The location is excellent - it's at the centre of downtown. There were a lot of thoughtful touches in the hotel. The hot tub with a view is a treat. The room was clean and had all the typical amenities one would need. I particularly appreciated that the breakfast had healthy options, unlike typical hotel breakfasts which are greasy and processed. Breakfast is somewhat self-serve, and in a tiny communal kitchen, where a couple of people can prepare or serve themselves at a time. The hotel uses that small space thoughtfully, though I'd have preferred if the "kitchen" and shared refrigerator, microwave was larger. Most of the hotel staff was friendly. We enjoyed the board games and freshly baked cookies too. Walls were thin, and outside noise would cause disturbance at night. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable - they sank like a hammock.
Saksham, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Check in was easy. Staff was great. It felt very home like. The homemade scones were very tasty. The hot tub was very clean and my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. If we go back to Juneau for any reason we will be booking a stay again at the Silverbow Inn.
Meagan E, 1-night trip

Breakfast (do it yourself) is amazing. Scones and egg/bacon muffins were outstanding.
Linda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Unique, quaint lobby with a good selection of breakfast options (self serve).
James, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Located close to everything, restaurants, shops, capital building...feels like you are at home... front door and room is open with code they text you....breakfast is like you are in your own kitchen, just help yourself with fridge, coffee and whatever...apple, cookies, coffee and tea are there all day...loved terrace and spas (on on second one on third floor)..nice views....It seems than one person is in charge for everything (front desk and rooms, breakfast)....Tina connected me with local person for tours and it worked very well...
Zikreta, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Loved this place.
Laurie, 3-night trip

Great location

Cute hotel in a great location. Creative breakfast and coffee/tea bar with snacks available all day. The bedding was not functional.. a queen bed with no top sheet, which was ok, except instead on one duvet they gave us two single duvets which kept falling off the bed in the middle of the night. Not sure who thought this was a good idea.
Frank, 2-night trip
