The stay was great. Pool was wonderful. Was alittle confused on the check in. Hotel.com said my stay was paid all but 32 dollars but resort said I owed 380. I will be checking this situation when I get home.

the property was good the only issue that I had was the fact about getting clean towels I think that they should have their housekeepers to check on guest that are staying more than a couple of days. we had to go get our own towels and when we did we were told we got the last ones. so if we had not gotten them when we did I guess we would have had to go buy towels. we did have a beautiful view from our room looking out at the beach. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR POLICY ON TOWELS FOR YOUR GUEST FRESH TOWEL SHOIULD BE TAKEN TO GUESTS ROOMS EVERY DAY. A GUEST SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY IF THEY ARE GONNA GET FRESH TOWELS. NEXT TIME WE WILL BE STAYING WHERE WE DON'T HAVE YOU WORRY ABOUT BATH TOWELS.

The unit needed to be updated and it had a musty odor. The carpet had a bulge in it and didn't look very clean. The check in was great and friendly atmosphere.

Got there and from the minute we walked in the place it seemed very sketchy. It was outdated. Got to our room and the light didn’t work, patio door wouldn’t lock. Did not want to stay there. I did not feel safe and the place smelled like marijuana. I called the front desk and asked if I could still check out. They advised yes. We left and booked a different hotel. Later they advised they would not refund my money, which I wasn’t told when I left. I do not recommend this place, especially if you have children.
