Great property, especially for the price. Right by the beach, bus stop right out front, really good food. Overall a great stay and may become out go-to place in Nassau. Only reason for not top stars all over, was the facility. The stairs to the second floor had no rails on 1 side, and were needing serious work. Additionally the sheets were pretty scratchy and the pillows were flat. The mattress was comfy, so not the end of the world. If the sheets matter, might change which properties you choose. We loved our stay and would stay here again anytime.

This resort is kind of falling apart, which I wasn't expecting for the amount of money we paid for the night. We were told the water in our room was safe to drink, treated, and reverse osmosis, but it tasted like actual dirt. Our door to our room also opened on its own in the middle of the night, and we were told there was a known issue with the door frame for that room... But we were still placed in it? There's also no secondary safety lock on any of the room doors. If you can choose another option... Do it. The food was really good, but the service time is also slow. We only ate dinner, as we had a very early flight and ate breakfast at the airport.

We stayed for one night before our liveaboard to the Exuma's with the All star, Cat Ppula. The room was comfortable, more then enough space. Very good hot water and pressure. Food at restaurant was good and reasonably priced. We recommend to all as this place is just a short drive from airport.

The Orange Hill is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great place to stay between international and domestic flights. Staff and owners are friendly and helpful, the restaurant has great food. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and am always happy with the room and service.
