Great stay for a short or longer vacation Junior Suite is spacious and well equipped for a 3 star hotel. Food is ok, can be a busy at times. Dinner or late breakfast at Tex Mex restaurant is more relaxed

Noisy rooms and appartements, chairs making a lot of noise while moving them and thus irritating for other people who want to sleep. Single bed instead of kingsize bed. So for me not again. Can imagine that people who stayed in the main building have better experiences.

The rooms and amenities are very basic. Good for families, although there are 3 pools, there are not many seats so you have to go early to grab a spot and the area gets packed very quickly!

Arrived at the hotel a day late after the airline cancelled our flight and was told the hotel had given our sea view room to another family ( very frustrating) but they sorted another room which turned out to be a better one for us a family of 5. Very good buffet food, loads of choice and different themes most nights. Loads for kids to do and pirate island was a big hit. Evening entertainment was always good. Right on the beach also. Great family holiday.

I booked a room for 4, although we’re 3. Myself and 2 children. Prior to purchasing the trip, I called the hotel twice from the US to ask about the rooms and was told that they are all the same, ie, two twin beds and a pull out sofa double bed. The pictures on the hotel website show that. I found it a bit odd, based on my experience, but accepted it. I booked a room with a pool view. I checked in ahead of time. On arrival, I was given a room for 3 with what could charitably be called a garden view. When I complained, I was told that I was given a better room than I had booked. I insisted and was offered a room in another building. That building had not been renovated. And was also only for 3 people. I was told that nothing could be done that day but I could return to the front desk the following day when the manager would be there to see what could be done. The next morning I returned to the front desk and was again offered a room in the non renovated building. This building is the furthest away from the dining room and entertainment center. Also, no pictures of these rooms are on the hotel website. The room offered did have 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. However, it was small, such that it was nearly impossible to reach the balcony. It allegedly had a pool view. However, the pool was only visible from an edge of the balcony itself. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that nothing else would be offered. And that the manager had said this.

Property is in fair conditions, needs renovations and maintenance; this property is good for families with kids. Rooms are ok, bathroom needs ventilation because it gets foggy when you shower. It gets a little noisy sometime, we believe the majority of the noise came from housekeeping moving chairs and beds with no care. Restaurant for breakfast is super good and has a lot of options. The view from the top restaurant is stunning. Beach is walking distance; however, the main attractions and best Calas are far away. Parking is spacious and convenient. The property is very big, be prepared to walk a lot to get to the different amenities. In general, a good experience but not sure if we would stay there again, it’s not great for the price.

Agréable surprise!

Hôtel qui paraît immense mais c était vraiment super! En famille, en couple, il y a de tout pour tout le monde. Activités, piscines adultes et familles, salle de sport, plage directe… Et mention spéciale au buffet, chaque soir une thématique différente et repas de qualité pour un trois étoiles! Groot resort met prima restaurant

Groot resort met mooi aangelegde tuin met diverse hotelgebouwen. Wel veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Het adults only zwembad was daarom een uitkomst. Zou prettig zijn ook deel van het restaurant en kamers adults only te maken (wij hadden een kamer boven een luidruchtig gezin van 3/4 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen)! T restaurant was prima, veel keuze en heerlijk eten.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Ruhigere Lage, direkt am Strand mit Meerblick. Nach einem Tag mit dem Auto von Bucht zu Bucht oder Ibiza Stadt war es immer sehr angenehm "nach Hause" zu kommen. Im Hotel war immer etwas los, wenn man noch Unterhaltung möchte oder man geht noch auf ein Gläschen Sangria an den Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

BELLA POSIZIONE SUL MARE E L'ANIMAZIONE CON MINICLUB PER I BAMBINI E' IL TOP. Peccato perché alcune zone della struttura avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovamento. Alloggiavo nella zona Cala Nova ma il mobilio e gli interni della stanza avrebbero bisogno di un bel restyling. Il buffet è molto grande e vario con prodotti senza lattosio e glutine.

De accommodatie is erg ruim op gezet en is heel massaal. Het ontbijt is erg karig qua keuze. Doordat het hotel heel druk is blijken mensen in de nacht nauwelijks rekening met elkaar te houden. Rond 3,4 en 5 uur heel veel lawaai. In de omgeving zijn slechts 2 restaurants.

Hôtel idéal pour les adeptes du tourisme de masse

Points positifs: l’environnement extérieur de l’hôtel très bien entretenu avec belles végétations. De plus, il est situé en bord de plage avec accès direct à celle-ci. Spectacles le soir ce qui est appréciable lorsqu’on est avec des enfants. Pour le reste, la propreté de la chambre laisse clairement à désirer: odeur de renfermé dès que l’on ouvre la porte, insonorisation inexistante ce qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe (voisins ds chambre, femmes de ménage, bruit extérieur). Miroir de la salle de bain maculé de traces de rouille, moisissures sur le carrelage de la douche, poussière sur les tables de nuit, traces sous le lit qui n’ont pas été nettoyées du début à la fin de notre séjour de 3 nuits. Pour ce qui est de la literie elle est de très mauvaise qualité, impossible de dormir matelas et traversin très durs (pas d’oreillers). Plus généralement, sentiment d’être dans un hôtel usine qui brasse des centaines de touristes avec un bruit incessant notamment au restaurant qui bien qu’il soit pourvu d’une très belle vue, ne brille pas non plus par la qualité de la nourriture proposée. Pour finir, wifi payant dans les chambres…
