Pontos positivos: recepção educada e prestativa, chuveiro com boa pressão e água bem quente, café da manhã bom. Pontos negativos: quarto com cheiro de mofo muito forte. Banheiro com várias manchas de mofo no rejunte. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, o piso do box virou uma piscina durante o banho. O lençol era menor que a cama, de modo que ele estava somente apoiado sobre o colchão, não tinha tamanho suficiente para enfiar embaixo do colchão e travar, o que fazia ele ficar saindo do lugar com qualquer mínima mexida. O cobertor era tamanho de solteiro para um quarto com cama de casal e 2 hóspedes. O quarto era de frente (601) e tinha um bar perto que ficou tocando funk alto até 2h da manhã. Minha recomendação é: gaste um pouquinho mais e escolha outro hotel, pra não acordar em cima do colchão sem lençol e com o nariz totalmente entupido por causa do mofo. Se quiser mesmo ficar nesse, peça por um quarto nos fundos, eu imagino que isso ajude com o barulho do bar.

A estadia no geral foi boa. Porém preciso ressaltar alguns pontos: o quarto é extremamente pequeno, pra duas pessoas fica quase impossível a circulação dentro do quarto. Já a limpeza, notamos que nosso lençol não tinha sido trocado, o banheiro tinha muito mofo e o chuveiro vazava por cima, o que ocasionou no alagamento do banheiro. Foi minimamente resolvido, diminui o vazamento, mas não vedou totalmente, para evitar outro alagamento, usamos o chuveiro com pouca pressão, para que o local do vazamento no chuveiro não espalhasse água por todo o banheiro, O café da manhã foi muito bom! E o atendimento da recepção é demais funcionários também foi muito bom. Esses são pontos positivos a se destacar.

Quarto minúsculo! Local super barulhento e as janelas são de terceiro categoria, não abafando o som parece que você está dormindo no meio da rua! Restaurante pessimo atendimento, fecha as 22h mas 20:30 já nao quiserem pegar meu pedido! Tive que sair andando pra encontrar um restaurante fora pra comer! Também não è amigável para pessoas com deficiências ou idosos pois tem uma escadaria enorme para acessar o restaurante inclusive para o café da manhã! Café da manhã com produtos vencidos, pão velho e iogurte estragado! Realmente não vale a pena o custo-benefício! Experiência pessima! Não voltou novamente nunca mais tão pouco recomendo!
