Front desk staff were pleasant. The first room had a condom wrapper on the side table, so I doubted its cleanliness overall. The second room was ok but all the finishes look rushed. This room looked much more clean with the side tables neat and tv remote put out intentionally. Overall, housekeeping was lacking but there is potential.

I will never try to use this hotel again. I had a family emergency. Tried to reach them on the phone with no luck. Then I received a email from Hotels.com that the hotel refused to reschedule or do any type of refund.

I wasn't able to checkin and stay. The Hotel claimed they could'nt swipe my debit card, use my Samsung wallet card or type in my debit card number at the desk. However, my debit card was still charged even though Hotels. Com told me I wouldn't be charged until I paid at checkin. That charge needs to be reversed " charged back" to my debit card. Thank You.

The stay was very pleasent and it's only a short drive to the beach. The hotel is not on the beach and that was good for a golf player. If you want a room with a refrig be sure to ask because I didn't and ended up with one that had a safe instead. All rooms have a coffee maker and there is a free continental breakfast from 6AM - 10AM. It's walking distance to all the outlets and to a number of great areas but not the beach (just want you to know). I not only would stay here again, I did on my way back from Tybee Island.

Not bad, great nice place to stay

Well when we arrive, we notice it was across from the tanger outlet so bad news for me, but good news for my wife. Great location, easy to get to everywhere. I went in and was not greeted by the receptionist, he just nodded his head to mean wasup. I check it and the guy just did the work and did not say anything. He was kind of rude that's why i'm giving this a 4 star. The pool was nice, the room was extra clean and so is the bed. This is because I think the place is new. When I went to check out, there was other receptionist now and they were very nice. Hope you enjoy your stay. I know I did.

Over priced for the quality

I was there on business, so I didn't have the opportunity to sight-see. The hotel room had an aweful smell of smoke which wasn't very pleasant. The TV remote didn't have any batteries and I was told by the cleaning staff that I had to get them at the from desk. My room key could not access the fitness center, I ha to get separate key from the front desk each time. However, the staff was pleasant. I've stayed at a few different Sleep Inns in different states and this one does not come close to the other's quality. The rating I saw on the website was 4 out of 5 stars. I would not give a rating higher than 2 stars, especially for the price.

I rate this hotel C- Staff was nice & helpful. Non smoking room had smoke odor. No soap in shower, door handle on sliding glass shower door broken, sliding door would not close completely leaving water running on VERY slippery tile floor. Complimentary breakfast was average, waffle maker did not work, potatoes & gravy containers were empty. Ultra complicated TV remote (I’m very tech savvy) but staff was able to connect with a simpler remote.
