Nice hotel and centrally located in the heart of Dubai. The breakfast was decent and the room was very spacious. However, the cleaning crew should make an effort to clean the carpets a bit more as the one in my room had stains all over. The bathroom also had one of the handles broken. Lastly, the hotel should make an effort to either enable Netflix on the TVs or have better Chanel options. Overall, I give it a 7.5 out of 10.

I had an amazing stay at Hyde Business Bay Dubai and would absolutely give it 5 stars! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make my birthday special by arranging chocolates in my room — such a thoughtful touch that truly made my day. The hotel’s location is perfect: very central and conveniently close to the airport, which made getting around Dubai incredibly easy. Another highlight was the restaurant Occo, which is open until 3 AM every day. Having the option for a late dinner after long days out was a huge bonus, and the food was fantastic. Overall, Hyde Business Bay exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
