Great condo at the top of Snowmass Village. Be ready to walk uphill from the Mall area or call the shuttle. Condo was very well equipped and furnished. Great view of the ski slopes. Early check out is the only negative.

We had never stayed in Snowmass, and we were pleasantly surprised by the great accommodations and restaurants. The Village exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything looked new and clean, and there were lots of extra special touches that impressed us like the body care supplies in the bathrooms and extras in the kitchen. We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony each morning and looking out at the aspen trees. The shuttle service was also a very nice touch for those of us who can't walk all the way up the hill. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Aspen area.

The property itself was nice. We had a great room. But, our room had a constant whine from the water pipes that you could hear all day and night and kept most everyone up. No sleep makes for a very unhappy party.

Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. The property is quiet and has a great pool/hot tub. If staying there in the summer/fall, the Mtn/road biking options are many, and start right outside your front door. If there in the winter, you are literally just steps from the run that will take you down to village base area, lifts, bars, restaurants…. The property is slope side, so be prepared for some fairly steep sidewalks down to the village mall, or just take their mall shuttle. Enjoy!

The condo had several things wrong with it. There was no hot water in the 2nd bathroom shower. One of the range burners was broken. The jewelry safe in the primary bedroom did not work. The window blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken. For the amount of money we paid, these things should not have been broken.

Not a good idea

We stayed at top of the mountain from Dec 18-26. The unit was last redone in 1980. Everything is brown. The carpet. The sofas. Everything. And old. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone walk past your unit. The bedrooms have windows that face the walkway so there is very little privacy. The unit is so old that there’s a vhs player. All of the technology seems to be from this era. I think there should be rules about how long a unit can go without having to update appliances, carpet, etc. The washing machine hardly functions…… I could go on and on. Also, location wise this is technically ski in ski out but if you are not skiing, you have at least a mile walk to a restaurant, shop, etc. I’m not going to comment on the service because honestly with Covid, labor is a huge issue and there are problems everywhere……
