Love this place. It’s huge and Beautiful with direct access to the beach. We also got a spa credit and free gazebo experience thanks to the thoughtful staff. They also helped us rent a scooter so we could go around the island. The breakfast was amazing!

Great property great staff. We were shown to our room and discovered the elevator was out of order. I requested a different building and had to argue to only be moved to a building further away from the main building. As I have VIP access and should receive a room upgrade no upgrade was offered.

The beach area and the sea are lovely fir this period of time but the clean up needs severe reviewing by the managers even leaving tips in the room for the cleaner the room was not being cleaned as it should have been and the toiletries in the bathroom and things like coffee of sugar in the room were not replenished . I think seniors in the hotel really need to check these things more properly. I can understand that it was peak season but for the amount of money I’ve paid for this holiday and fir a 5 star hotel I was expecting high services.

Aufgrund der Anlage, des Strandes und der Zimmer mit private pool, waren wir in den letzten zwei Jahren mehrmals Gast. Leider hat die Qualität, die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit in dieser schönen Anlage gelitten. Genauso wie das Frühstücksbuffet, welches zwar reichhaltig, aber nicht frisch war (verdorbene Melonen z.B.). Ameisen am privaten Pool, Sonnenliegen werden nicht geputzt und es schien, als ob nach Lust und Laune Trinkwasser und Kaffee aufgefüllt wurde. Auch der ehemalige tolle Service am Abend frische Handtücher anzubieten, geschah unregelmässig. Der Strand wird vernachlässigt. Für den Zimmerpreis erwarte ich einen anderen (ehemaligen) Service. Dabei möchte ich betonen, dass es NICHT an den MitarbeiterInnen liegen kann, denn die waren immer zuvorkommend und fleissig. Vermutlich mehr am Management und der Zeiteinteilung, welche die MitarbeiterInnen bewältigen müssen. Das a la carte Restaurant war und ist jedoch fantastisch. Danke für euren tollen Service! Leider werden wir aber nicht noch mal kommen, was sehr schade ist.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rodos Palladium. The food was delicious and the staff is so nice. I would definitely recommend the Hotel. Our favorit thing was the Beach, it was really clean and the sunbeds are very comfortable! :)
