Generally it is a wonderful hotel, and great location. Special thanks to all staff ( Tatiana!). We stayed in Star Prestige and enjoyed it. There is one strong negative though, - the stairs to sea are really not looked after, half broken, they needs to be replaced! Many elderly clients, and it is a majority, could not enjoy swimming for this only reason. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We are mobile, but still had difficulties...

This was one of the most beautiful locations for a hotel with a lovely area around the pool lots of open space the staff are amazing here. Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to serve you always smiling. We couldn’t have asked something better. Certainly a very relaxing place to go.

Overall, the hotel is quite good and the staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is also quite good except maybe for lunch where is this less choices. But overall restaurant is good with a lot of variety every day. Also, the yoga or Pilates classes are outside and not in the gym but the instructor is quite good and very nice which make it okay Now considering the price we paid, there are some few drawbacks: - The gym is with state of the art equipment but sometimes not working and the worst thing is that the aircond is not working in the gym which make it like a sauna. Also gym is really small and quickly crowded, which make it worst as no air cond!!! - they called the room suites but in fact they are just very large rooms with a sofa not a real suite - and for the all-inclusive, the snacks during the day are quite limited (real food is charged) and the day of leaving they make sure that your late check out is before lunch which is quite penny - star privilege is in fact quite a big part of the hotel as it s just about the rooms that have been refurbished
