A special thanks to Tiziano at reception, who went above and beyond — he gave us a detailed map with routes to explore Venice while avoiding the crowds, plus fantastic recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Very good location. Good size room to accomodate 3of us. The view from the room was not great , but we only slept there, so not really a deal breaker. Costomer service was fantastic, we were given a lot recomendations whatvto see, how to travel , where to eat. The downside for older travellers: the entrance staircase is rather steep and long. Plrase also note, they do not serve breakfast at the premises (but plenty of options just a stone away)

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Venice! Location wise it was perfect for getting around and waking up right inside the heart of Venice but slightly away from all the foot traffic. The room was nice and elegant but the best part was our friend working the front desk. He gave us some really great recommendations and helped us when navigating around. It was worth the money and I would stay here again and again!

The hotel was located in the heart of Venice so very convenient for seeing the sights and for shopping, restaurants, cafes etc. The proprietor left us a map marked with a walking route and recommendations for eateries, many of which we tried and they were all excellent. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and the bed was made and fresh towels left every day.
