We had a seaside twin. Room was a good size, modern & well appointed. View overlooks the bay port. Came with sleepwear & slippers. Toothbrushes, shavers, coffee & tea available at lobby. No bottled water provided. All TV channels were Japanese… rather disappointing. Location is great. Connected to mrt & Oval Garden Mall with everything inside. A good place to stay if u have a flight at HND airport. Easy bus & train access. Special shout out to Tan from front desk. He was very attentive & helpful during our stay.

Friendly personal. Good breakfast. Near station and small shopping mall with an Aeon which had a huge supermarket and lots of affordable clothes / sales on the other floors. We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.

ホテルは16階にロビーがあり、部屋は22階までの高層階で眺めは良かったです 空腹時はB１階(地下)にコンビニや食事のできる店がいろいろとありました アクセス りんかい線品川シーサイド駅から５分 ホテル前の品川シーサイド駅ロータリーから、羽田空港リムジンバスや品川駅行きバス等発着してます 最後にイオンも近くにあり、いろいろと便利で、ホテルも良かったです

とても快適でした。すぐ隣にイオンやファミマやセリアもあって忘れ物をしたのが部屋に入って荷物を確認したときわかってすぐに買えたのでよかったです。駅も近いです。ロビーが16階は、おどろきましたがとても素敵な空間で落ち着いていてちょっと私達が場違い感ありましたがスタッフのみなさんが優しく丁寧に対応して下さったので安心しました。

車で訪問。期待していませんでしたが、駐車場は立派(宿泊者の割引があれば直良)、食事も充分に満たされ、イオンもすぐ側。周辺環境も充実。 今回の宿泊で2つ大きな問題点を感じました。 1、子連れの中国人グループが戻って来た瞬間から大声での会話、友人部屋への過度な訪問などが始まり、周囲を気にしない煩さは迷惑至極！対策必要！ 2、禁煙部屋を予約した筈なのに、枕、シーツだと思われるが、大変タバコの臭いがしました。これも大問題！ ホテルとしては致命的な２つの過失ですが、宿泊費が、朝食付きで物凄くリーズナブル、設備も良く、一泊程度の宿泊ならとても良いと感じました。おまけに周辺環境も充実。今回は安く泊めて頂いたので、次、もう一度試したいと思います。

サンルートホテル時代から東京滞在時には毎回宿泊しているリピーターです。品川シーサイド駅直結で交通の利便性最高。レストラン街、イオンモールとも直結しており食事や買い物にも困りません。全室17階以上で景観良く、朝食ビュッフェも充実。宿泊費も手頃。コインランドリーもあり長期滞在もOK。一方、ユニットバスなど部屋施設の古さは否めないが、総じて満足度は高い。

部屋は過不足なく、静かに眠れました。早朝羽田へ向かうため、朝食は摂りませんでした。 チェックイン時、渡されたカードキーがあまりに汚くてびっくりしたのですが、交換してくれるよう頼んで出てきた交換キーもまた汚くて…ロビーはなぜかタバコ臭が漂っていて、朝食頼まなくて良かったなと思いました。気にならない人には、お手頃価格で泊まれる良いホテルだと思います。
