After booking a room over a month ago I arrived at the location and I was told there were no rooms available because they were overbooked and there was nothing they could do for me. I called hotels.com and they were not able to do anything for me as well. All they said was we'll help you cancel your reservation which left me without a hotel room for the night before running a marathon the next day
