There is no elevator for someone like me that has hip issues really hard to get up the stairs . Also breakfast should start at 6am, I work on the weekends early and can’t enjoy the breakfast! At least have a to go bag for people like me.

Property is near toyota pavilion if your headed to the venue. Many restaurants and shop in walking distance. Room wise, it was ok. Walls are not so yun d proof and can hear your neighbor especially if they are loud.

Very close to Concord Pavilion. Walls are thin, tv unusable because hdmi cable was ripped out of the wall and damaged. Went to breakfast at 9:10 NO eggs left, no sausage left, no waffle batter left, only one juice dispenser worked, no napkins and no one came to check on breakfast supplies or refilled anything. Curtain rod in shower drooped so water got all over the floor.

This property needs serious attention to detail. The phone in our room was disgusting, was missing keys and needed to be replaced. The water pressure in the shower was so poor. There were a lot of cobwebs outside of our room and there was no elevator. Not up to Wyndham standards we are used to. One positive was the breakfast offerings. Overall for the price we paid it was fine for one night.

I did not like the fact that I had to re register as guest because, my registration was cancelled at 1700 on the day of my check in by Expedia. I was not given an adequate explanation, and I was informed that I should have called before 1500 to confirm that I was checking in. None of this was in writing in the booking instructions. i do not plan on using Epedia and I will not reccommend.

I am a local of 14 years and drive by this hotel multiple times a day, so I felt it would be appropriate for my elderly parents to stay there on a visit from overseas. Probably the rudest unfriendly and unprofessional welcome that I have ever witnessed. Hot and tired we were greeted by the most rude, sour and completely unreasonable women. I was embarrassed as I thought the local Days Inn hotel would be a friendly welcome to my foreign parents. (I often stay at Days Inn throughout the country). I will pass my experience on to locals and warn them to avoid this place at all costs.

Our room was clean for the most part. If your a light sleeper you will need something to drown out the noises around. Walls are very thin. Owner was a little pushy. Breakfast was decent. Blinds were broken to where someone could seen in if they really wanted to peek in, sink was clogged,and bathroom stunk like cigarettes 😢 Area seemed safe, so we didn’t worry about ourselves or vehicles.

Scammers in Concord

These folks are running a scam. Agreed to a 108 price with hotels.com the property immediately called and said it was an error they were sold out but they could upgrade me to a fancier room at a rate of 125 TOTAL. IT WAS SPECIFIED. They then proceeded to charge me nearly $400 at check-in and at checkout guaranteed me that all the funds would be straightened out. In the end they charge me $151 for the room and I am left feeling robbed. PS crap room hot tub was out of order lol terrible people I asked them in person to refund me just the $25 and they refused and smiled at me when they told me that I could dispute the charge but that they would win. I want these people out of my town

After getting things put away in our room we went to turn the TV on, and it would'nt workater calling the desk with No answer, i went to the desk and i was shown howto fix it. No go didn't work!!! After another Hour and a Half they finally showed us the proper way to correct it.
