Perfecto. Great hotel and staff with impeccable service throughout. The hospitality is generous and nothing is too much trouble. The shuttle service is so useful in to Taormina and was never full. Everything about this hotel is amazing. First off, the staff were wonderful! Mima at the check-in desk was extremely accommodating and upgraded me to a beautiful room, as she was also accommodating another family with adjoining rooms. I was happy to oblige. The room was gorgeous. Classic Italian/Sicilian style with a magnificent balcony that overlooked the pool and sea. The breakfast was served outside overlooking the sea, and it was delicious. The waitstaff had already memorized my two cappuccino order with almond milk. The concierge, Julia and Maria took great care of me. They arranged reservations, a boat, shuttles, taxis, and the beach club. My entire stay was spectacular and I struggled to leave. Even the gyn was perfect. It is a little lower than town so you either have to shuttle, taxi, or walk to town. The town is alive until late at night. I cannot stress how perfect this hotel is in every way. You must go!!!!

An excellent overall resort experience

An excellent overall resort experience (not just a place to stay). The food in both restaurants was amazing. The service was phenomenal, the room was super clean, newly renovated with amazing views. There is a 15 mins walk to the town ares and the beach is difficult to get to (I think the same for most resorts in the area). The hotel has a shuttle but it runs once every hour with limited space.
