Hotel is not located inside the city, and no shops nearby, but offers free shuttle bus between two major stations and the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel decor and bathroom are dated but is overall is clean.

Quite an old hotel but all other things are good. If you don't drive, it can be a distance to other places although it is directly linked to a subway station. Friendly staff and overall, I'll stay again for the competitive price it is offering..

Great breakfast buffet on 30th floor Comfy beds and great views . Excellent rate, Sink drains very slowly . Partial shower glass doors created some wet floors.

One of the classiest / nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are top notch. It is only ten minutes from Sannomiya by the portliner. But once you’re there for the night there isn’t much to do around the area.

The hotel rooms are spacious,quiet, with very comfortable beds. The service is outstanding as well. The only draw back is there are limited restaurants on Port Island, but they run a shuttle every 20mins for free to Sannomiya station - so really not an isssue. There is a nice convience store at the hotel for drinks, snacks, prepackaged meals, and toiletries. The shuttle also takes you to Shin-Kobe, which is a huge help. They also have a designated bus stop in front of Shin-Kobe, so take advantage of that for the ride to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

It's a functional stay if you have a conference nearby, as my partner did. The property is very spacious but has its years. The room is huge and adequately equipped. The breakfast buffet has a variety and offers a great view of Kobe. The only two thing we did not totally love, is the distance from town, although the shuttle service is great; and also the noisy kids running around breakfast. Otherwise, it's great and convenient.

It was very convenient and clean. They upgraded my room to a twin room (quiet floor), so I had a larger room to relax before my flight. The train station to Kobe airport is located next to the hotel, just a few min away! They seem to have events and buffets, so I would like to come back to stay for a few days here with my family next time.

Book a family room for three nights stay in this hotel. Overall, we are satisfied with this hotel. The room is reasonably spacious and clean. Room service makes up the room everyday. Breakfast is good with variety and can choose to dine at any one of three locations. However, the foods are the same for all three days. The parking location is at another building opposite the hotel. The link bridge between the hotel and the parking has stairs. Not friendly for luggage. There is a convenience store inside the hotel, a plus point.

Couple of policies that shocked me a bit were filling in "again" a form asking for passport number and nationality while our passports were copied and the information were right there. They asked for credit card recording even room charges has been thru' hotels.com and when I questions they didn't explain well for sure in English and there is not even mini-bar in room. Other than that their 30th floor breakast location was stunningly good and varieties were great. Generally, staffs were polite and nice. Shuttle bus arrangements between both busiest Kobe stations were great and convenient thru' out the day. However, not much to explore in the area, except IKEA ... :-)

お部屋は改装されていてとても清潔感があります。冷蔵庫も冷えていました。クレンジングや化粧水そして乳液などもありとてもありがたかったです。いつもはホテルのシャンプーやコンディショナーは使いませんが、こちらのものはとても柔らかい感じの仕上がりになりとても気に入りました。 １階には24h営業のコンビニがあります。シャトルバスもあるためとても便利でした。 また来たいと思います。

3泊しました。スタンダードツインで部屋は清潔で大きな窓があり圧迫感なく寛げました。清掃も行き届いており毎日不便なかったです。お風呂とトイレは一緒ですが洗面台は広く使いやすかったです。レストランもスタッフが親切丁寧で気持ちよく食事ができました。ただ一点加湿空気清浄機が備え付けでしたが残念ながら給水タンクに黒カビが。使用は勧めません。最近空気清浄機を置いているホテルが多いですが清潔に保てないのなら置かないほうがいいです。
