Had a nice room with a partial view of the Pacific Ocean, and could see & hear the waves crashing on the rocky beach. Very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely will consider staying here again.

My husband and I enjoyed meeting Karen, the owner, when we checked in. She renovated the property and she did such a nice job, from the cozy rooms, to the landscaping and finally to the Continental Breakfast which included fresh fruit , bagels and cream cheese, biscotti for your coffee. When I’m in the area again, I’m staying here.

arrived to find a spacious, cathedral ceiling, very large deck , fireplace and spa bath room: very unexpected. Discovered the bluff trail access by the hotel and they will make a picnic to take along!! ( going back to experience that!) Treated my birthday as something special and loved every minute .

Pros: Front desk lady was great. The location was very good. The courtyard was nice. Cons: It's a very old property. It shows tons of wear and tear. My bathroom, shower, and jetted tub were all a little dirty or had bugs/spiders. There is no AC and no ceiling fan. Breakfast is limited and doesn't start until 8am. I left before that. There are no blackout curtains. You hear people using the steps on both levels, you hear people closing doors, and you will hear people walking above you. It's a very noisy place if you are on lower level. I thought it was a very unique place but way overpriced. I did not get a comfortable night's sleep.
