Staff during check in were friendly and prompt in their service and I especially enjoyed my early morning breakfast conversation with the desk clerk, interesting, friendly and welcoming even saying, “see you again next time you come to Nashville.”

The room was in disrepair with a large hole in the bathroom wall & lots of peeling paint. The outdoor railings/stairs were rusty, the grounds were dirty with quite a few beer bottles lying around. There were cigarette burns on the bedding. the shampoo & shower gel dispensers were empty and for the price of the room compared to other comparable ones, I’ll definitely not return. Based on the condition of the place, we skipped breakfast so can’t speak to that;however, Dunkin Donuts is a short walk & was good.

This is a nice property and the people who own and run it are very kind and helpful. The area is not scary, it's very convenient from the highway, and the price is great. We travel to Nashville several times a year for business and we always come to this hotel.

Our stay was fine. Would’ve liked more TV Chanel options. Did not like discussing politics at check in. As a Canadian your service agent (although friendly & efficient) should know that Canadians don’t think making Canada a 52st state is something that should be joked about. Convenient quiet location. Hair all over the shower when we arrived and it was clogged. When we left for breakfast housekeeping came in tore all the sheets off the bed, dumped the trash on the floor and took a pillowcase that was not theirs. I spoke to management who offered a different room. New room smelled like a litter box. Sheets were stained. Floors were covered in dirt they just go room to room rubbing dirty mop water around. Do whatever you can to avoid this disgusting place
