Great location for a short family trip as you are in the center of everything. We got room 15 and it was very quiet and allowed our 8 month old and 4 year old to sleep well. They also offered us a good quality crib.

Hotel is right in the middle of restaurants and shopping can’t ask for a better location. Just remember it’s not a typical hotel entrance you have to to press a doorbell then take small elevator to the 3rd floor and look for the door. Heart of Madrid

Hotel is in excellent location in the heart of Madrid room was very comfortable up 3 floors very small 1 person elevator so we used stairs each time and elevator for luggage. If you go eat at Botin oldest restaurant in the world you 10 min walk you must have the cheese cake for dessert best in the world :)

The location is a 10. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a few minutes walk. But check in was challenging because we arrived around 10PM and couldn’t get a response from the front desk to let us in. We had to wait until someone came out and let us in. The first night we were cold because the bed was made up with a single sheet. Turns out there was a blanket in the room but we had to literally lift up the mattress to get to it. Who knew? Anyway, the room was clean, reasonably comfortable, typically equipped. I just thought it could have done better.
