Ceiling fell apart onto the floor in the room. the floor was disgusting when we came in, took off our shoes at the door and our feet were covered in dirt and grime after just walking in the small room. We had to check in a block away at a restaurant, wheeling our luggage down the street as this info was not provided. There was a fire in the hotel and the only reason we were alerted to it was because my husband was outside and heard the al and called me to come down. The smoke alarm was barely audible. There was no staff on site, no house cleaning and the swim up bar didn’t open until the weekend.
