We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located in the center of Naples. It’s within walking distance to Napoli Centrale station and a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for travel connections. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, we were able to explore both the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii during our 3-day visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-situated and comfortable base in Naples.

Extremely nice room (in terms of fit and finish) for the price. Short walk from Garibaldi station, and close to Spaccanapoli and everything the old town has to offer. 2 mins from Antica da Michele if you ever need a snack! Angela was super helpful throughout our stay, unfortunately we didn't get to meet her in person. If you are arriving between 8am-8pm and have luggage, make sure you have a 10 cent (euro) coin to operate the lift.

This hotel does have some drawbacks - it is next to a major road and is affected by street noise - although the soundproofing is pretty effective (and Naples is inherently noisy so you probably won't find anywhere much quieter). Its on the 4th floor and the lift is quite small. However... The owner is lovely and very responsive. The bed was very comfy and the pillows are excellent. The WiFi is very good, as is the shower. The place is in excellent condition. The air-conditioning works well and isn't too loud. The place is kept very clean. Nice communal kitchen area. Its located in a mostly residential area, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. About 10 minutes walk to the central station and 5 to Duomo metro. Overall it's a great base for exploring Naples and I would love to stay here again.

The only downside was finding the hotel. Google maps took us around the block and when we got on track it wasn’t terribly obvious we were at the main door. Otherwise it was a very well appointed and stylish hotel in close proximity to some good restaurants.

I recently stayed at Rettifilo in Naples, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a cool balcony overlooking a lively street. Despite being in a bustling area, it was peaceful at night, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The multiple locked doors leading to the room made me feel safe and secure. The amenities were top-notch, including excellent air conditioning, a fantastic shower with fresh towels, and strong WiFi—perfect for streaming. The location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions and the main railway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the street itself had plenty of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience. A huge plus was Angela’s outstanding support via WhatsApp—always available and helpful. On my first day, I arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed me to check in ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t fault this place and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples!

Great apartment and rooms. Very clean, very modern, Annie is a great host and so helpful. Easy 5 minute walk from bus and train terminal. 10 min walk to the port. Room was really nice. Modernized centrally located lodging

The Rettifilo is not a typical hotel nor bed and breakfast. It is a subunit of a historic building. I communicated with Rettifilo via email or WhatsApp with Angela. Angela always replies promptly and is very helpful. Rettifilo is centrally located close to the central train station and about a mile walk to the historical district. All the rooms have been completed remodeled with modern lightning and fixtures in the bathroom and new furniture. Although overlooking a busy street the room was quiet with no traffic noise. The wall AC worked great and the shower always had hot water. The small lobby has self service cafe and tea; there is also a microwave and small refrigerator. The room is secure with a coded entry in the large front gate, You pass a central patio and another coded gate to access the stairs and historic elevator. On the fourth floor is rettifilio with another code to open the door. There are about 6 individual rooms each with a code for entry. Naturally don't lose your codes as there is no person onsite to help with accessing the building or Rettifilo. My room was quiet,comfortable and I had no issues with my stay. I would stay at Rettifilo again if visiting Naples.

Min veninde og jeg boede 4 nætter på Rettifilo 311, og det var en virkelig god oplevelse. Kommunikation og service var helt i top – værten Angela var fantastisk til løbende at opdatere os og sende praktisk info via WhatsApp. Det ene værelse var klar allerede ved vores tidlige ankomst, så vi kunne stille bagagen og gå ud i byen med det samme. Senere fik vi besked, da det andet værelse også var klar. Det gav en skøn følelse af fleksibilitet og god service. Stedet ligger perfekt: centralt, tæt på hovedbanegården (Terminus) og i gåafstand til mange af Napolis seværdigheder. Værelserne er flotte, moderne og hyggelige – hver med en lille balkon – og stedet har daglig rengøring samt et fælles køkken, som var rigtig praktisk. Det føltes som at være indlogeret privat. Vi var helt trygge ved stedet og lokationen og og følte os meget velkomne. Kan klart anbefales – vi kommer gerne igen!

The location is dangerous. I was robbed outside the hotel while trying to get in. My phone was stolen and, since my phone had the information for accessing the facility, I was unable to get into my room. I had to find a new hotel at 1 AM. It was a nightmare as I could not get a new phone quickly. The hotel refused to refund my stay.

My recent stay was exactly as described- a clean and comfortable room that serves as a perfect base for a quick stay. While nothing was fancy, everything was in good working order. One thing to note is there is no traditional front desk; instead Angela provided exceptional communication sending clear, easy to follow check in instructions prior to arrival and was always quick to respond via WhatsApp. This proactive and friendly approach made the entire experience seamless and stress free.
