Stayed here for one night during an extended layover. Before arrival, I double-checked the shuttle bus arrangements on the hotel website and we also received an email with the same information - a shuttle bus would take us to the hotel from a stop outside terminal 4 every 30 minutes. 5 minutes before scheduled departure, at 21:35, we arrived at the bus stop. 21:50, called the hotel and waited 15 minutes until someone replied. We were referred to another bus stop; we were unsure we were gonna make it to the new place before the next bus (22:10) and asked if the person on the phone could ask the driver to wait us. We missed that bus as well. No bus showed up at 22:40. At 23:15, a bus finally arrived to pick up us and several other angry travelers. In the meantime, every other hotel shuttle bus had passed by at least 2 times. Absolutely inexcusable to run such an unreliable transfer service and not update the instructions on their website and in the welcome email. Room itself was clean although pretty outdated. Breakfast was okay.

Vi har besökt hotellet 5-6 gånger och varit nöjda. Det r därför vi återkommer. Hotellet har nu nytt namn (nya ägare?). Rummet är helt ok? Bra med transport till flygplatsen, men vad som är tråkigt är att man under vår vistelse inte kunde ordna med glutenfri mat under kvällen., förutom en sallad från en varumaskin. Detta alternativ togs under lunchen, men lite tråkigt att äta sallad från en plastförpackning en lördagkvll medans parterna har möjlighet att äta från kvällens buff'e. Tidigare har man haft flera glutenfria alternativ, allt från räksmörgås till någon/några kötträtter.

Bra upplevelse, rent, bekvämt. Det mindre bra var att bussarna från Märsta dit går sällan och vid visa tider går den inte alls dit och taxin kostar 140 kr. Trots att det ligger nära med bil. Det var också super varmt i rummet men bra att det fanns en flyttbar fläkt. De erbjuder gratis transfer som är punktliga. De har också mat, dryck och kaffemaskin vill hall Access, vilket jag uppskattar väldigt mycket!

Hotellet är bra och praktiskt när man ska ut och flyga. Rummet är helt ok och även frukosten Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Ett plus är terassen som hör till superiorrummen. Skönt att kunna öppna upp och att sitta ute med en kopp te på kvällen.

Maksuttomat kyyditykset lentokentälle ja takaisin toimivat hienosti. Hotelli on juuri hyvä lentokenttähotellina. Meillä oli luppoaikaa ja halusimme nähdä Tukholman lääniä hotellilta käsin. Hotellin työntekijä ei osannut neuvoa mitään. Itse hotelli tosiaan sijaitsee maaseutumaisessa teollisuusympäristössä. Mutta kun otimme itse selvää mahdollisuuksista, niin selvisi, että viehättävään Märstan taajamaan pääsee hyvin kätevästi yhdellä bussilla hotellin vierestä. Ja superihanaan Sigtunan pikkukaupunkiin kahdella bussilla hotellin vierestä. Myös Uppsala olisi ollut aivan tavoitettavissa. Hotellissa oli myös illallispaikka, mikä on todella hyvä juttu. Vegaanista ruokavaliota noudattavalle asia oli hieman hankala, sillä työntekijä ei osanut millään kertoa, onko ainut kasvisvaihtoehto vegaaninen vai ei. Aamupala oli oikein hyvä. Vegaanillekin maitoa ja jugurttia, mutta muutoin kaikki merkinnät puuttuivat esillä olevista tuotteista. Tällaista pientä kehitettävää, mutta silti voimme suositella paikkaa, jos ei ole kiire aivan heti singahtaa Tukholman kaupunkiin. Sinne kannattaa sitten ottaa ehdottomasti FlixBus, hinnan takia.
