The hotel itself was 5* but the staff were 5*+. You felt welcomed from the minute you walked in. The personal check-in made you feel like you’d just arrived at a party. The hotel itself is superb but the location is beyond words. The private access to The Iguassu Falls early and late in the day is a magical experience and the hotel and staff do their best to make sure that feeling remains throughout your trip. Obrigado.

Amazing location next to the falls. Out of hours access to the falls is amazing allowing you to see the sun rise and set over the falls virtually alone. Breakfast had a huge buffet selection including many local dishes made to order, and able to serve perfect tea and provide cold milk without being prompted. Essential for all English visitors. Fantastic staff and a very well organised hotel. A must go to hotel!
