We had problems from the moment we arrived; there were no face towels, bath soap, or blankets. I called the hotel reception several times, and they always said they were bringing what was missing, but they never did. The towels weren't changed, and one day we arrived at the room and found the bathroom trash bag inside the sink. This trash remained in the room for two days waiting to be removed by the cleaning staff.

Excelente estrutura para desfrutar junto da família. Não tivemos dificuldade para conseguir guarda sol e cadeiras. O quarto disponibiliza um bom frigobar (congelou a cerveja) e um micro-ondas. Não são disponibilizados talheres ou utensílios de cozinha. As bebidas no resort são caras. R$8,00 a água. Mas compramos suprimentos básicos no supermercado a 15 min do hotel. Na entrada do hotel há uma loja de conveniência onde tbm é possível comprar itens básicos, com um preços menos abusivo que no resort, mas ainda mais caro que o super. Um bom quebra galho. Na frente do hotel tbm tem uma farmácia, caso seja necessário. O hotel fica em uma região bem afastada de Maceió por isso essas informações só importantes

Hotel bom, confortável, porém longe de ser 5 estrelas 🌟. Preços dos das Bebidas fora da realidade, preço altíssimo. Fora do padrão. A limpeza nos quartos eram bem meia boca, o chão ainda continuava cheio de cabelos, não eram repostos papel higiênico e sabonetes. Para um resort avaliado como 5 estrelas, estão entregando MUITO pouco! Por 2 vezes o cartão magnético da porta parou de funcionar. Eles tem funcionários espalhados pelo resort querendo vender quotas da nova construção e empreendimento que o resort está fazendo. CHATOS DEMAIS!!!! Era impossível relaxar na piscina ou comer na parte externa do restaurante sem aqueles caras ficarem em cima oferecendo para ir ver construção em troca de almoço grátis

Vamos lá, sobre alimentação ponto IMPORTANTÍSSIMO. Pessimo café da manhã, para um resort. Pegamos meia pensão e sendo sincera eu preferia não pegar pois é pouca variedade e o que tem não é bom. O que salvou foi o cuscuz na noite que serviu em um dia dos jantar e a tapioca no café da manhã. Garçons perdidos, e ela que fomos em baixa temporada, imagino quem vai em alta. Pessimo! Toalhas manchadas, ar condicionado pingando. Enfim… triste. A única parte que salvou foi a área para as crianças que teve bastante opção. A piscina não tem aquele quebra gelo, então é impossível entrar se não tiver muito calor. Espero os donos olharem esse comentário e rever esses pontos.

O resort é completo, meus filhos brigaram muito e aproveitaram. Porém tenho alguns pontos: Pontos de melhorias/ ATENÇÃO : 1º limpeza do quarto, péssimo o banheiro fedia e sempre estava sujo. 2º valores das comidas, surreal (jarra de suco 40,00, refrigerante 13,00, sorvete 35,00 é assim vai) 3º deixei dentro do meu quarto uma sacola com 3 imãs da feirinha para lembrancinhas. A moça da limpeza pegou a sacola e jogou fora. 4º As pessoas vendendo imóvel. Gente eles são invasivos, ficava buscando até as crianças para chegar até os pais, eu me estressei com um que a casa 5 minutos ficava em cima de mim. 5º ar condicionado da sala ficava ligando o dia inteiro 6º internet péssima- fiquei 8 dias hospedado sem internet, incomunicável porque não carregava nada. O melhor local é na piscina, no quarto não funcionava também. 7º academia pequena para o tamanho do complexo. 8º restaurante Santo Orégano. No primeiro dia jantamos e estávamos em 3 casais, no ato do pagamento pedimos para separar os valores eles queria cobrar 20,00 tava de serviço + 35,00 de couvert de cada casal. Quando disse que não aceitava ele disse que era uma lei de Maceió e éramos obrigados a pagar. Tive uma desavença porque só na minha mesa seria 105,00 de couvert + 60 de taxa fora o valor da comida que era alto. Pontos bons 1º recreação das crianças- o pessoal é sensacional, atividades o dia todo 2º piscina e sala de jogos limpas 3º resort completo e bem distribuído, em qualquer ambiente você consegue aproveitar

O cafe da manha e variado mas a reposição eh deficiente face ao grande movimento; uma unica maquina de cafe que estava sempre com problema. A televisão gigante instalada para os hóspedes assistirem ao jogo do Brasil a toda hora travava. Os preços de bebidas e alimentos são extremamente altos e bem acima de hoteis similares.
